With the new and larger warehouse, we can offer an even larger and more varied selection of equipment, as well as better capacity for bigger events and arrangements.

Although the new warehouse is a bit further away for many, it only takes 15 minutes to drive from our current warehouse.

Self-service will still be available here from 05:00–22:00, with easy opening of both entrances and the warehouse via an app.

  • How do I rent equipment from you?

    Renting equipment from us is easy:

    1. Select the rental period (start and end date) and choose whether you want to pick up/return yourself or have it delivered to and from you.

    2. Browse our selection, which includes tents, tables, chairs, tablecloths, heating, speakers, lighting, and more.

    3. Add the desired equipment to your cart.

    4. Go to your cart and pay 25% of the total to reserve the equipment.

  • Do I have to order via the website?

    We recommend ordering via the website for the easiest possible process, but you can also request a quote by clicking "Contact Us" in the menu.

    You can also send an email to kontakt@raanaasutleie.no or call 977 28 393 and state what you would like to rent and the date of the event.


    We can also give recommendations, e.g. how many tables you should have for 20 chairs.

  • Where do I pick up/deliver?

    Most often, it will be in our warehouse.

    We have a self-service solution that allows you to pick up/drop off whenever it suits you between 05:00 and 22:00.

    In special cases or when it is convenient, you can pick up and/or drop off at our home address. It is located between Skøyen and Smestad. In such cases, you will be notified and given the address.

  • What happens if equipment is damaged?

    In the event of damage, destruction or theft of equipment, please inform us immediately. We will assess the extent of the damage and you may be charged for repair or replacement. Please refer to the rental agreement for details of the terms and conditions for damage or loss.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    Yes, we offer round-trip shipping of equipment up to 150 km away!

    Base price: 800,-
    Beyond 20km: 50,- per km
    Surcharge: + 5 NOK/kg for ordered equipment will be added manually after ordering.

    e.g. 10 round tables (300 kg) within 20 km: approx. 2300 NOK round-trip shipping. We will contact you with the exact amount before final reservation.

    Round-trip shipping must first be checked in the date selector, and then the price will be shown at checkout (Price does not include surcharge for kg - this will be added manually after ordering)

    NOTE! If you are renting a tent, you must order round-trip shipping.

  • Why do I have to pay 25% when ordering?

    You must pay 25% of the total rental sum to reserve the equipment.

    The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before the rental period begins.

  • What do we need to do with the tableware after use?

    Used tablecloths are to be placed in the provided bags. If there are unused tablecloths, we would appreciate it if they are separated from the used ones, so they do not have to be washed/ironed unnecessarily.


    Cutlery, porcelain and serving utensils should be rinsed and placed back in the box/rack they were delivered in.


    Cups, mugs, and glasses should be emptied after use and placed in their respective trays.

  • Why can't I order via the website?

    Main reason: The rental period starts within 24 hours.

    We do not allow automatic bookings on such short notice to ensure everything is packed and delivered on time.


    Solution:

    Contact us directly via chat, phone, or email – we will manually place the order for you as quickly as possible if the equipment is available.

  • What does it mean that there is a minimum number of place settings for the cutlery?

    We collaborate with a supplier of tableware (excluding tablecloths), and as a result, we cannot accommodate very small orders, mainly due to the logistics of handling pickup and delivery from the supplier.

    Therefore, the minimum order quantity is set at 30 items in total. This applies to the categories Cutlery, Glasses, Broadway Glasses, Porcelain, Carbon Porcelain, and Serving Utensils.


    If you have a larger order but only need a few tableware items (fewer than 30), please contact us, and we may consider accepting a smaller quantity.

  • Can I pay with Vipps?

    Yes, we offer payment via Vipps, but currently it is not possible when ordering through the website. This is under development and we hope to have it in place soon!

    Payment outside the website can be made with Vipps.

    Our Vipps number is 948461.

  • Can I pay with Klarna?

    Yes, you can pay with Klarna Invoice. We also offer card payment, PayPal and Vipps as alternatives.

  • Refund on cancellation?

    The deposit paid at time of booking (25% per last update) is non-refundable.

    If you cancel an order or remove items less than one week before the rental period starts, the remaining rental amount will be invoiced in full.

  • Can I add equipment at the last minute?

    Yes, you can make last-minute changes to your order, depending on availability. If you need more items or wish to adjust your order, please send an email to kontakt@raanaasutleie.no with your order number as soon as possible.

    We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but changes are subject to availability. It is therefore advisable to contact us well in advance of the event.

  • Can you send an invoice?

    Yes, we can send an invoice, but it must be paid in full before the rental period starts.

  • Can someone else pick up/deliver for me?

    Yes, of course!

    In cases where it is self-service, we only need the phone number of the person who will be picking up to give them access.

    If it is not self-service, the person must state who they are picking up for.
