How do I rent equipment from you?
Renting equipment from us is easy:
1. Select rental period (start and end date).
2. Browse our selection, which includes tables, chairs, tents, speakers, lights and more.
3. Add the desired equipment to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment.
Do you have any questions or would like a quote? Contact us via chat or by email to kontakt@raanaasutleie.no. -
Do I have to order via the website?
We recommend ordering via the website for the easiest possible process, but you can also request a quote by clicking "Contact Us" in the menu.
You can also send an email to kontakt@raanaasutleie.no or call 977 28 393 and state what you would like to rent and the date of the event.
We can also give recommendations, e.g. how many tables you should have for 20 chairs. -
Where do I pick up/deliver?
Most often it will be in the warehouse, address:

In special cases, you must pick up and/or deliver to our home address. It is 2 minutes away from the warehouse. In such cases, you will be notified and given the address.

What happens if equipment is damaged?
In the event of damage, destruction or theft of equipment, please inform us immediately. We will assess the extent of the damage and you may be charged for repair or replacement. Please refer to the rental agreement for details of the terms and conditions for damage or loss.

Do you offer shipping?
You can either choose to pick up and deliver yourself (Free) or have it shipped from time to time.
Shipping (round trip) costs 800 NOK up to 6km away, then 50 NOK per additional km.
10 km away = 1000 NOK total.
*Please note that all tents must be transported by Raanaas Utleie, this is included in the prices. -
Why do I have to pay 25% when ordering?
You must pay 25% of the total rental amount to reserve the items.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than the day before the rental period starts.

Can I pay with Vipps?
Yes, we offer payment via Vipps, but as of now it is not possible when ordering equipment via the website.
So payments outside the website can be made with Vipps. Our Vipps number is 948461.

Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes, you can pay with Klarna Invoice. We also offer card payment, PayPal and Vipps as alternatives.

Refund on cancellation?
The deposit paid at time of booking (25% per last update) is non-refundable.
If you cancel an order or remove items less than one week before the rental period starts, the remaining rental amount will be invoiced in full.

Can I add equipment at the last minute?
Yes, you can make last minute changes to your order, depending on availability. If you need more items or want to adjust your order, please contact us at kontakt@raanaasutleie.no with your order number as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but changes are subject to availability, so it is advisable to contact us well in advance of the event.

Can you send an invoice?
Yes, we can send an invoice, but it must be paid in full before the rental period starts.

Can someone else pick up/deliver for me?
Yes, of course!
In cases where it is self-service, we only need the phone number of the person who will be picking up to give them access.
If it is not self-service, the person must state who they are picking up for.
