Order equipment > Access via app from the day the rental period starts until the day the rental period ends > Pick up and return the equipment when it suits you best between 05:00-22:00.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to pick up and return equipment.

To reach Entrance A, drive past the building and then turn right down a slope. There is a small hill leading to the gate.

Self-service open from 05:00 to 22:00 throughout your rental period.

How to access the storage unit

  1. You will receive an SMS from "Noke" with a link and an access code when we grant you access (often the day before).
  2. Download the app Green Storage Access By Noke (available in App Store and and Google Play).
  3. Open the app, enter your phone number, and type in the access code from the SMS.
  4. Fill in the rest of the information to complete registration.
  5. Once registered, you will see the following icons in the app:
    Entrance A
    Lobby Door
    108

How to enter the storage unit

  1. Go to Entrance A → tap the icon in the app when it lights up green.
  2. Proceed to the Lobby Door → tap the icon in the app when it lights up green.
  3. Go to the storage unit, number 108 → tap the icon in the app when it lights up green.
  4. Place your foot on the handle at the bottom of the sliding door and pull it down slightly. Then pull out the disc to open the door completely.

The equipment will be to your left when you enter the door and will be marked with your name and order number.

You can use the trolleys in the common area (remember to return them to their place after use).

How to close the storage unit

  1. Roll the sliding door all the way down.
  2. Push the disc into place. The door should lock automatically, and the light above the storage unit should turn red when it is locked.

Delivery / return of equipment

Do it the same way as when you pick up:

  • Open the storage unit via the app as described above.
  • Place the equipment back in the storage unit.
  • Take a picture of the returned equipment and send it to us via SMS.
  • Close the door as described above.

How to open the warehouse?

There's a bit of a technique to opening the storage unit, but it's very simple. Here's how to do it:

  1. When the 108 icon turns green in the app, press it – the door will unlock.
  2. Place your foot on the handle at the bottom of the sliding door and pull it down slightly. Then pull out the disc to open the door completely.
